I’m not sure how many children I should book for.
Each party package caters for between 6-10 guests. Any additional guests incur an extra cost, with a maximum 22 guests.
Do I need to stay at the party?
Due to COVID-19 regulations we ask that only the parents of the birthday child stay on the premises. At present, due to social distancing regulations other adults are not permitted in the venue. (Updated 2023)
Can children under the age of 4 attend a party?
Yes! Providing the child can be left with the supervising parent and must be included in final numbers.
Can parents of guests stay at the venue during the party?
We kindly ask that only the birthday family stays on premises for the duration of the party. We aim to create the best party experience for the birthday child and their guests.
We find this works best without any additional adults disrupting the party sequence.
We run structured parties where every guest is directed by the host to each pamper station and have many activities ready for when guests are waiting their turn.
Every guest is accounted for by our staff at all times. Please notify staff if your child needs you to stay!
I am worried to leave my child at a party without me there!
We guarantee your amazing children will be taken care of!
Every party has a high staff to guest ratio, 1:5. Our Parlour is very secure with the backdoors locked and front doors are closed. The party host and staff monitors the guests at all times and know exactly where each guest has been sent.
Guests are escorted to and from the bathroom to ensure their safety.
Can parents come and watch the red carpet catwalk finish?
At the conclusion of each party, all guests are given the opportunity to
walk or dance down a red carpet to receive their goody bag from the birthday
child. (Approx. The last 5 minutes of the party)
For this GRAND finish; We have a vote with the birthday child and their
guests if they would like parents to watch or if they would prefer them not
too. (Some get very shy when parents watch).
If the party guests choose not to have parents inside, we open the front
windows so parents to peek in and watch their child show off their moves!
(Definitely a highlight for us)
The birthday parents are highly encouraged to film this for
other parents to see.
When do I need to give the final number of attendees for my child’s party?
This is confirmed a week before the party and transfer is preferred.
Can I arrive at the party earlier than the start time?
At Petite Pamper Parlour, we run back to back parties and are required to clean and sanitise the venue between each party. We strictly adhere to starting times, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the party commences.

1 hr of pampering – Including Jewellery making with fabulous beads and charms to suit your party theme!
Craft activities to entertain guests while waiting their turns (Bookmarks, chatterboxes, stickers sheets)
20mins of seated dining in a separate pretty decorated eating room!
15 minutes of DISCO GAMES in our glowing disco room. Games such as Freeze Yoga, Musical Statues and guest favourite Limbo or for the less dance keen parties Just Dance on the NINTENDO SWITCH.

What food is included in the party packages ?
At each party, guests are seated in a separate eating area. All guests are
individually served by staff like a queen!
Party foods include; Hot pies & sausage rolls, fairy bread, chips,
biscuits & fresh popcorn
